One consistent market view

The left Market Overview, lower Markets tabs and Global Markets now share clearer instrument names, local flag images, source dates, native units and evidence controls. Regional search and filters, change windows, CSV exports and responsive rows make the same observations easier to compare. Existing chart, fullscreen and raw-source controls remain available.

The benchmark registry includes 56 indices across 44 countries or areas. Flags identify benchmark areas, listing venues or currency issuers and unions; a listing flag is not an inferred company domicile. Index levels are points, commodity prices retain their futures quotation units, and sovereign yields are distinguished from central-bank policy rates.

Dated currency references and verified gaps

A new official ECB reference view supports selectable base currencies and same-fixing cross-rate calculations. The reviewed source covers 30 currencies including EUR. ECB information is available free of charge from ecb.europa.eu; Watchtower cross-rates and percentage changes are derived calculations. These reference fixings are not executable transaction quotes.

Exact source-identity checks add otherwise missing SET, PSEi, Tadawul All Share and DFM General observations when qualified data is available. Source levels and one-day changes retain their native bar timestamps and delays; unavailable longer history is not inferred. Chile S&P IPSA remains a visible source gap. The lumber reference now uses the current CME symbol, and misleading legacy index aliases have been corrected.

Comparisons with explicit limits

The US nominal yield curve excludes TIPS and uses real maturity spacing. FX strength uses reciprocal-return mathematics rather than simply reversing the sign. Ratio units remain explicit, without applying one valuation band to incompatible series.

Regional market tone is a disclosed descriptive price-change screen with its input denominator, not a calibrated fear/greed probability or global-risk forecast. Missing, unverified and stale observations remain visible. Worldwide coverage describes the registered/source-supported inventory, not every exchange, currency, or real-time market.
