Current conditions with clearer meaning

The redesigned workspace separates current source-model indices, forward outlooks, potential impact, evidence and track records. Mixed numeric totals and unrelated headline volume no longer substitute for risk. Original dates and source links remain visible, overlapping inputs are identified, and missing or stale assessments stay unknown. Recession context now has an explicit place.

Defined financial outlooks

There are 58 registered terminal-loss, within-window loss-from-base and joint-decline targets across eleven US-listed fund references, including bank funds KBE and KRE. Horizons are one, five and twenty NYSE sessions. Longer source histories include the 2008 and 2020 episodes where available. Historical base rates, regime estimates, regularized logistic models, ensembles and calibration steps can be compared with their eligibility and evidence visible.

These are research forecasts of defined fund-price outcomes. They are not probabilities of a worldwide crisis or individual bank failure. Historical replay, later chronological tests and actual prospective performance are shown separately.

Follow the evidence and the outcomes

Every issued forecast is bound to its target definition, model and input evidence. Baselines and challengers have separate immutable records; source-outcome revisions are appended. Track Record exposes probability errors, baseline comparisons, reliability, range scores, warning utility and unresolved cases. New models qualify for stronger claims only after actual prospective validation gates pass.

Regional context and source boundaries

Weather outlooks, country coverage and scheduled catalysts retain their own clocks and scope. Regional warning-message research accumulates complete observed sampling windows before producing estimates. Incomplete windows are not invented as negative outcomes, and unmeasured causal or exposure weights remain unavailable. The country selector filters geographically tagged context; financial models retain their US-listed reference scope.

Where to use it

Reload Watchtower and open Systemic Risk, or choose Systemic risk inside Forecast Lab. Inspect target definitions, switch models, review original evidence, export normalized inputs and examine the growing record. Current source context and research status remain visible in both workspaces.
