What was fixed
Both workspaces previously compared source expiry times against the device clock. A device running an hour ahead could immediately mark fresh responses as expired and show Withheld across the screen. The tabs now establish freshness from the server response time and age the data using elapsed browser time.

Reload Watchtower, then open Outcome Tree or Prediction Markets. Current risk cards, horizon values, scenario experiments, market cards and contract details can display without being incorrectly expired by a skewed device clock. Fullscreen refresh and desktop/mobile layouts were checked.
Original evidence and expiry rules remain
The repair does not change model estimates, market prices, source timestamps or expiry limits. Genuinely stale, missing or unavailable evidence stays qualified. Replay and account-change protections remain in place, and a resumed page fetches a fresh server-time check.
Outcome Tree values remain uncalibrated authored-model outputs. Prediction-market prices remain market-implied references for exact contracts, not confirmed events or calibrated Watchtower forecasts.
