An alert-focused workspace
The Alerts tab now opens with your rules, a blank alert builder, trigger history and existing alert tools. Select a supported field from loaded dashboard data or browse reviewed data sources. Numeric thresholds, crossings, changes, text matches and boolean conditions are available where the selected field supports them.
Choose when and how to hear about a trigger
Centre-screen notifications are optional for each rule and can appear while you work in another Watchtower workspace. Preview conditions or test a notification before enabling delivery. Cooldowns, hold periods, reset margins, snooze, quiet mode and acknowledgement help manage repeated conditions. Rules and trigger history can be exported; imported rules start paused with popup and sound delivery off.
Evidence and monitoring limits
Triggers retain the selected value and source timing. Missing or stale data is treated as unknown rather than zero; record identity, units and model versions are checked where provided. Percentage-change conditions compare successive observed samples, not a daily return.
Monitoring runs locally while a signed-in Watchtower tab is visible and access is verified, checking selected inputs about once a minute. It pauses during replay and does not provide closed-browser or 24-hour server monitoring. Rules and the latest 500 trigger records stay in this browser for the signed-in account. Source coverage, freshness and access entitlements still apply.
Existing tools remain available
Existing threshold and compound rules, source-alert feeds and Telegram source-relay settings remain under Existing alert tools. New data rules use in-app history and optional popup and sound delivery; the Telegram source relay remains a separate feature.
