Scroll the event list directly
The application's page-level wheel handler could intercept input over the Priority Event Queue and scroll its surrounding workspace instead. The event list now uses native wheel scrolling, including when the pointer is over an event card.
This corrects the full-page interaction missed by the earlier isolated queue check. Search, event selection and keyboard navigation remain available.
Keep your place during updates
Source refreshes and Show more records retain the list's scroll position when the search, hazard filter and owner context are unchanged. Changing the search or hazard filter starts the results at the top.
Refresh Watchtower, open Natural Hazards, hover over the priority events and use the mouse wheel. No initial click on the list is needed.
