A larger searchable index
The full-build capacity increases from one million to two million indexed records and field groups. These are searchable retained excerpts and structured fields, not a count of independent observations or unique events. The rebuilt corpus and its dated coverage are verified before this release is published.
The verified generation was materialized at 2026-10-26T13:15:29.149Z and contains 1,198,549 indexed records/groups, with 211 sources containing indexed records and 1 catalogue-only sources. These are dated coverage figures, not a completeness guarantee.
Search stays available during rebuilding
The indexing worker has a larger bounded memory allowance and completion budget. A completed build replaces the serving index atomically; an interrupted import retains the prior serving index. Scheduled indexing continues, and each completed generation keeps its own materialization time.
Read coverage and source dates together
Search continues to distinguish catalogue entries, indexed source records, retained snapshots and original observation dates. Private account, payment and workspace data remain outside the reviewed corpus. Public and professional source permissions still apply. Source pagination, extraction bounds, unavailable inputs and provider restrictions can leave gaps even with a larger index.
