A workspace for evidence over time

Advanced / Investigate now includes Data History, with coverage, daily prices, retained evidence and source-inventory views. Inspect source timestamps and revisions, page through records, and export the current result page.

The inventory distinguishes source rows, indexed field groups, captures, revisions and price bars. These units can overlap and are not a count of unique live observations. The reviewed MCP catalogue contains 216 read-only routes; discovery alone does not establish that every source is current or available.

Daily provider prices with their original identity

Five-year price requests now use daily bars. The history ledger retains provider, symbol, currency, exchange, bar time, open, high, low, close, adjusted close and volume, with source metadata and published corporate actions. Source revisions remain inspectable.

Backfill uses available provider history and proceeds at a paced rate. Missing values and dates are not filled in; valid historical zero and negative values are preserved. A dated daily bar is not a live trade or official settlement. Unmapped instruments, unavailable history and provider access or rate limits remain visible.

Search the complete public Atlas

The initial complete Atlas search generation contains 5,949,702 public source rows: 3,061,936 observations, 304,612 assets, 2,562,190 trade rows and 20,964 derived exposure rows. Pagination reaches the full generation, including records beyond the former one-million-result offset limit.

These are reported, estimated, reference and modeled records, not millions of live market quotes. Combined search includes the retained canonical corpus, the complete Atlas generation and archived evidence revisions. Source-bound continuation keeps dataset pages distinct from MCP field and long-text pages.

Use the same evidence through MCP

Use watchtower.get_data_inventory, watchtower.get_price_history and watchtower.get_evidence_history, or discover the corresponding routes with watchtower.list_data_routes. The bounded finance-history reader also supports continuation without overflowing the router's former subprocess output limit.

Reviewed shared source responses and public newsroom metadata can be retained with capture and publication times kept separate. Archive admission respects existing access boundaries and excludes private workspaces, account details, credentials and user-authored study inputs. Historical retention begins with genuine available captures and source-supplied backfill; it does not reconstruct missing past observations.
