Find the gas behind the plant
Commodity Atlas now includes a gas-facilities browser with 11 curated facility or complex records and 13 documented gas labels. Filters cover air separation, rare-gas purification, geological helium separation, natural-gas processing, LPG fractionation, hydrogen electrolysis and reforming, gasification, CO₂ recovery and biogas upgrading.
Select Neon (Ne) to find POSCO AIR SOLUTION’s Gwangyang rare-gas facility, whose June 2026 completion announcement names neon, krypton and xenon as outputs. Neon recovery from air-separation streams is distinguished from natural-gas extraction and manufactured hydrogen.
Evidence and location detail
Each record includes operator sources, source dates where stated, process descriptions and source-reported status. Planned Dresden outputs and the planned Rozenburg CO₂-capture addition remain explicitly labelled. Records are reference evidence, not live operating telemetry.
Dashed map labels identify approximate localities rather than verified plant coordinates. The global facility list is not viewport-limited. This is a curated starting inventory, not an exhaustive worldwide registry; unsupported selections, including specialty-gas synthesis, display a coverage gap.
